Refund Policy

1. Our commitment
If we cannot obtain your NIF for a reason on our side, we refund 100% of the service fee. This includes any technical failure, human error on our side, or inability of our tax representative service to complete your application when documents are valid.
2. When refunds do not apply
- • When required documents are missing or invalid and cannot be provided within a reasonable time.
- • When submitted personal information is materially incorrect or misleading.
- • When a NIF has already been successfully issued and delivered to your dashboard.
- • When the delay is caused solely by the Portuguese tax authority beyond published processing times.
3. How to request a refund
Send a short message from inside your order, or email support@nifportugal.test with your order reference. We will review your case and reply within two business days.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds are typically settled within 5 to 10 business days; bank transfer refunds are typically settled within 3 to 5 business days after we send the transfer.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster than the chargeback process.
